A good website should have resources where they got their info. If the resources are good thats how you know its reliable.

Plagiarism or “academic dishonesty” is taking credit for someone else’s work by turning it in as your own. I think plagiarism is wrong. If your teacher wanted someone else’s work turned in, I’m sure they would have specifically told you. Yes, its as bad as people make it out to be. If I was the person you coppied off of I would be ticked. I wouldn’t want to do work and have someone claim it as their own. People plagiarize when they dont have enough time to do the assignment or they are too lazy to do it.

I don’t there is ever a time when it is okay to plagarize.

Today in my google reader I read about personalized flash drives. They are sweet. On the page it has a picture of a flashdrive that looks like a kit-kat bar.

These look cool but they are also useful. Companies have recently found the need to get personalized flash drives. They can easily match up products with their customers.

Weekly Blog 01

This week we got our Delicious accounts…yea I thought it was a porn site or something dirty too..but its not. It’s like a social bookmarking thing where you can take all the sites you use and connect them to one page (your delicious page). You can add all the sites that you use for school, work, or just your fun stuff and they even let you put them in seperate folders.

For example, I have my Yahoo Mail, the Huntington Website, My wordpress blog, and other stuff that relate to this class all bookmarked. It’s really helpful because as you can tell I cannot keep track of everything I need to do (I would have had this done by now if I could keep myself organized with everything I need to do.)

Delicious accounts are most definitely worth having. I would reccomend anyone that uses the computer often to create an account!

So in my google reader I just read about the new ZuneHD that is coming out on September 15th, 2009. They look pretty sweet. They are almost exactly like an Ipod Touch. You can listen to music, watch videos, listen to the radio, hook up to the internet, and view pictures.

I think Zunes would be the most purchased MP3 player right now if it wasn’t for Apple coming out with new Ipods like there is no tomorrow. It’s crazy how you can pretty much get an Ipod every week that is better than the one you just got. If Zunes keep coming out though i think that Apple could def. have some competition.

The only thing that sucks about ZuneHD is that Microsoft has no intentions of making it avaliable outside of the U.S. for the time being. If I didn’t get you enough info about this you are more than welcome to check out http://gizmodo.com/5357145/microsoft-says-no-zune-hd-outside-the-us-for-now .

The name is Chelci Borland. I’m a Jr. at HHS. I’m in Claytor’s Info Systems classes & the Web Design class. If I weren’t I definitely wouldn’t be doing this whole ‘correct usage of grammar thing.’

I’ll be posting blogs weekly..if I can find stuff to type. Apparently I suck at that because I’ve got nothing as of now.
